To produce thousands of different aluminium profiles that customer needs and putting the emphasis on quality and service, ATA has equipped its in-House die design and manufacturing facility with CAD/CAM system collaborated with latest PLC system and automated software integrated into equipment ranging from Die-design, Steel Cutting, Lathe, Grinding, Heat treatment, Nitro Carburizing, CNC-Milling, EDM and Wire-Cut Machines.


POWDER COATING
Powder coating is one of the best decorative finishing technologies that are environtmentally friendly and easy to use. With exceptional resistance to weathering, chemicals, abrasion and has a high degree of efficiency, making powder coating is the best solution in industry and architecture. Powder coating has several advantages such as having wide variations in surface finish so it can provide a unique look at the material surface with a single layer, the level of efficiency that reaches 98%, solvent free and does not contain lead or TGIC.
ANODIZING
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a corundum (Al2O3). Anodizing can provide several advantages such as, increasing corrosion resistance, improve adhesion paint, insulators of electricity, increasing resistance to wear and very decorative.


WOOD FINISH SUBLIMATION
An innovative coating process that offers a natural wood finish, for applications where a particular look is required to match interior style / decor. Our wood effect coating is suitable for various aluminium profiles and uses a combination of powder coating and patterned film to create wood effect finishes on the visible surface of the profiles. A highly specialised and tightly controlled process is required to achieve the desired result. Wood effect is specially designed for both indoor & outdoor applications all kinds of architectural and interior designs.
3-D WOOD TEXTURE
The Real Wood decoration system it allows to make wood effect by transferring polyester powders of different colour directly in the powder coating layer of the base in order to obtain the very best aesthetic characteristics and high U.V rays and weather. The decoration process can have applications in the architectural field and has also undergone rapid growht in the furnishing industry and practically in all those fields of human production where light weight, beauty and recycling are essential factors.
